Loved this workout! But I find the adds in the middle of the workout quite disrupting...
I found your videos a couple months ago and I do the at least 5 times a week, and it’s one of the only thing that has help me lose weight after two years of not being able too.
This would be great if you were in time with the beat but your miles out and it just makes it frustrating.

July 4th 2024 Day 2 Completed workout until 18 minutes (had to go back to work due to break limit) I got this
I can't believe I have been working out with you guys for around 4-5 years now. your exercises helped me a lot all the time, either when I was depressed or wanted to quit smoking, lose weight, or gain body strength, with any goal I chose you guys because your team is not like other sports teams. Thanks for this workout! After recovering from a 5th metatarsal injury for 10 weeks, I decided it's finally time to get back into the groove again. I was doing chair exercises beforehand, but that was just to keep me moving. I'm basically starting from square one as far as cardio is concerned, and it kicked my rear! I'll eventually build back to where I was before.
Maybe my favorite BP workout because it always puts a smile on my face. Not the most challenging for me, but great for when I need a slower paced day and a quick yet effective cardio workout. The energy, the music, the positivity - amazing. Can we get a part 2 guys? All the best, your fitness fan in Colorado

I’m starting your workouts today as I just got a call from my doctor saying my sugar and cholesterol are really high! And pre diabetic.. I’m ashamed as 13 years ago I was a non stop on fitness, I looked great and felt great for many years, fell of the wagon after separation from x hubby who was a body builder and was my inspiration, and my second husband is not into fitness at all ! Let myself go… but now I need to take my health seriously and push myself to do something about it! Starting is the hardest part for me! But I know if I make it to the 3rd week I’ll be golden again! Good luck to me!
Today I started this workout and I’m about 144 lb as a 5’2 14 year old so I will update once I start seeing changes 😊

Almost 53 and still moving! If I don't feel like a workout involving a tall box, fast step, heavy weight, or getting down on the floor, I always pull up the latest Team Body Project video in my RUclips or Pinterest feed and it always seems accessible. Progress not perfection! Thanks so much for continuing to post.
138 pounds, july 1st
I have been overweight since I was 22 years old (63 years old now)... Did all kinds of things to change it. I've been a body builder, a dancer, a fitness person, I followed all kinds of diets. Now 15 years ago I got back problems, 8 years ago I broke my clavicule and 2 years ago my wrist and eversince I stopped training. I do go hiking stil, but not regularly .. I also do some yoga now and than. Since about a month I started training by videos on the internet, and after all kinds of trainings (even in Spanish), I found this one. I am doing it dayly now since two weeks, and I find it great. I know a lot about muscles and how to train them, and I can say that your exercices are great. I lost already 1.6 kg and I feel that the exercises become easier to me. In a week or so I am going to start training with some weights (2 x 1 kg to start with), which will be interesting if I can cope or not because of my shoulder .... I love this video ! I like Daniel very much, because he cheets :-) and complains and he motivates me ! And this power girl Alex next to him makes me want more and I hope in a couple of months I will also be a crazy woman being on the floor doing all this difficult exercises. I will be looking for simular videos, so I can change now and than (I already start to know the jokes ;-) Thank you for helping me feel better about me ! Great stuff !
Started on June 24,2024 with a postpartum weight of 165lb. Did it everyday and walked half an hour also. My weight loss is always very slow. In one week (Jul 1) only 2lb has reduced. I am updating this for myself so that I can stick to my goal. Lets see how far I can go.
Completely fine...afaik the best way to lose weight is slowly but steadily. It`s the most sustainable approach. With about 2 lb on average, you lose 16 lb after only two month, which would make already a huge difference at your weight.

July 1st 2024 (93kg) Just tried this workout for the first time and I have never felt this understood while working out. Your pep talks reassured me that I was trying my best while simultaneously motivating me to go further. Your workout models who have a body shape similar to mine killing the exercises gives me hope that I too can achieve their stamina eventually. Promise to be back soon with a healthier number on the scale 💪🏻
